Terms of Service

Placeholder draft, not legally binding

This page exists so the footer's Legal links resolve to something instead of a 404. The real terms of service still need to be drafted/reviewed by a lawyer before this site is publicly relied on — see the equivalent placeholder page on the Taktplan app's landing page for the same notice.

1. Scope

These terms of service apply to the use of the application "Taktplan" (web app at app.taktplan.app and associated client applications), operated by Plattensoft [legal form], to which this documentation belongs.

2. Conclusion of contract & registration

Use requires registration with a valid email address. Completing registration creates a usage agreement under the terms stated here. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

3. Description of services

Taktplan provides a weekly planning, note-taking, and team collaboration platform. The scope and availability of individual features may change as the product evolves. There is currently no entitlement to a specific availability (SLA). [SaaS plans/pricing to be added once finalized.]

4. User obligations

  • Do not upload content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent or compromise the security of the platform.
  • Do not share your login credentials with third parties.

5. Pricing & payment

[To be added once the pricing model/payment processing is finalized.]

6. Term & termination

You can delete your account at any time via Settings. [Notice periods for paid plans to be added once finalized.]

7. Liability

Plattensoft is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as under the provisions of the German Product Liability Act. Otherwise, Plattensoft is only liable for breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. [To be finally reviewed by a lawyer.]

8. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to change these terms of service with effect for the future. We will inform you of material changes by email or within the application.

9. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. To the extent legally permitted, the place of jurisdiction is [location to be added].
